Blue Mallee Outdoor Products is a small, home based business. Unfortunately we are holding our CLOSING DOWN SALE at our last market, 11 June 2011 at Handmade Market Canberra
If you're not sure how you can use a canvas bag - have a listen to Tim Minchin. NOTE: We did check with Tim Minchin's web fairies if it was OK to embed Tim's song on our website and they gave us the big 'thumbs up'!
More about our bags
The canvas we use ranges in weight from 10oz to 16oz. These are typical of the canvas that would normally be used for swags and horserugs. Basically the canvas is strong, durable, sturdy and it looks great! We use a range of colours - black, brown, green, red and purple. We have a limited range of products to ensure quality control and so we can make sure that we have stock available.
All the Blue Mallee products are designed and made by Vivienne and as a result it is possible for you to request modifications to the bags. If you do have requests or suggestions, please feel free to email or phone ... we love to get comments and feedback so that we can make the best possible products.
Where does the name come from?
The Blue Mallee (Eucalyptus polybractea) is a small, robust mallee eucalypt tree. Hardy, tough and copes well in harsh environments - that's what we wanted our bags to be, and what we believe they are!.
